I wanted one number: how much is each developer actually leaning on Claude Code and Codex? The vendors don't tell you for flat-rate seats. The CLIs do, over OpenTelemetry, but the metrics pipeline lied to me four times in a row, returning HTTP 200 while throwing the data on the floor.
