How does Neimr work?
Neimr helps couples, families, and friends find names everyone loves:
- Create a survey and choose a category (baby names, pet names, etc.)
- Swipe through curated name suggestions
- Share your survey with your partner or friends
- See instant matches when you both like the same name
How do I create a survey?
- Tap the "+" button on the home screen
- Choose a category (Baby, Pet, Business, etc.)
- Customize filters like style and origin (optional)
- Start swiping!
How do I invite my partner?
To share a survey with your partner:
- Open the survey you want to share
- Tap the "Share" or "Invite" button
- Send the link to your partner via Messages, WhatsApp, or any app
- When they open the link, they'll join your survey

What do the swipe actions mean?
- Swipe Right (or tap heart): You like this name
- Swipe Left (or tap X): Not for you
- Swipe Up (or tap star): Super like - you love this name!
How do matches work?
When you and your partner both swipe right on the same name, it becomes a match! Matches appear in the Results tab of your survey. Super likes from either person are highlighted.
Can I undo a swipe?
Yes! Tap the undo button to go back to the previous name. Free users get 1 undo per session, while Premium users have unlimited undos.
How do I save my favorite names?
Names you super like are automatically added to your Favorites. You can also add names from your matches to Favorites by tapping the heart icon.
Can I use Neimr alone?
Absolutely! You can swipe through names and save favorites without inviting anyone. Sharing is optional but makes name decisions more fun and collaborative.

What's included in Neimr Premium?
Premium subscribers get access to:
- Unlimited surveys (free: 1 survey)
- All name categories (Baby, Pet, Business, Ship, Character, Nickname)
- Full name database access
- Unlimited participants per survey
- Unlimited super likes
- Unlimited undos
- Ad-free experience
How do I restore my subscription?
If you've previously subscribed to Neimr Premium:
- Go to Settings in Neimr
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the subscription
- Your premium features will be restored automatically
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Neimr and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Troubleshooting
My partner can't join my survey
If your partner is having trouble joining:
- Make sure they have Neimr installed
- Try sending a fresh invite link
- Ensure they're signed in to the app
- Check that the survey hasn't been deleted
Names aren't loading
If names aren't appearing:
- Check your internet connection
- Pull down to refresh
- Force quit the app and reopen it
- Check for app updates in the App Store
My matches aren't showing
Matches appear when both you and your partner have swiped on the same names:
- Make sure your partner has joined the survey
- Both of you need to swipe on names for matches to appear
- Pull down to refresh the Results tab
The app is crashing
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Force quit the app and restart it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Ensure you have enough storage space
- If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version
Account & Data
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Settings in Neimr
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
This will permanently delete your profile, surveys, swipes, and favorites. This action cannot be undone.
How do I sign out?
Go to Settings and tap "Sign Out". Your data will remain saved and will be available when you sign back in with the same account.

Neimr Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
- Weekly: $0.99/week
- Monthly: $2.99/month
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
