How do I unlock premium sounds?
Premium sounds can be unlocked by purchasing sound packs:
- Tap on any locked sound or go to the Store tab
- Choose a sound pack or the Premium Bundle for all packs
- Complete the purchase through the App Store or Google Play
- Your sounds will unlock immediately
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously purchased sound packs:
- Go to the Store tab
- Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom
- Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for purchase
- Your purchases will be restored automatically
Can I use BuzzBlast offline?
Yes! Once sounds are downloaded, BuzzBlast works completely offline. You don't need an internet connection to:
- Play sounds
- Use the buzzer
- Access purchased content
You only need internet for initial download, purchases, and restoring purchases.
The app is crashing, what should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Force quit the app and restart it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
- Ensure you have enough storage space
- If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS/Android version
How do I change the buzzer sound?
To change your buzzer sound:
- Tap the settings icon (gear) on the main screen
- Browse available sounds by category
- Tap any sound to preview it
- Tap "Select" to set it as your buzzer
Is my purchase tied to my account?
Yes, purchases are tied to your:
- Apple ID on iOS devices
- Google Account on Android devices
You can restore purchases on any device using the same account.
