Getting Started

How do I play?

BibleWise offers three game modes:

  1. Levels - Progress through 20 increasingly challenging levels covering the entire Bible. Earn stars to unlock new content.
  2. Daily Challenge - Answer fresh questions every day and build your streak for bonus rewards.
  3. Timed Mode - Race against a 60-second clock and answer as many questions as you can.

How do stars work?

Stars are earned across all three game modes and contribute to your total star count. Stars unlock new levels and track your progress:

  • Levels - Earn up to 3 stars per level based on your score
  • Daily Challenge - Stars accumulate each day you play
  • Timed Mode - Earn up to 3 stars based on your best performance

Frequently Asked Questions

How do hints work?

Hints help you with tough questions by eliminating incorrect answers. You start with a few free hints and can earn more through:

  • Achieving streak milestones in Daily Challenge
  • Getting a perfect score in Daily Challenge
  • Purchasing hint packs from the Shop

How do streaks work?

Complete the Daily Challenge each day to build your streak. Hit milestones for bonus rewards:

  • 3 days - Bonus stars and hints
  • 7 days - Larger bonus
  • 14 days - Even bigger bonus
  • 30 days - Major milestone reward
  • Every 7 days after 30 - Recurring rewards

What question packs are available?

In addition to the base questions, you can unlock:

  • Prophets Pack - 100+ questions about the Prophets
  • Gospels Pack - 100+ questions about the Gospels
  • All Questions Bundle - Unlocks all current and future question packs

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously made purchases in BibleWise:

  1. Open the Shop from the main menu
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase
  4. Your purchases will be restored automatically

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force quit the app and restart it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store
  4. Ensure you have enough storage space
  5. If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version

My progress was lost

BibleWise stores your progress locally on your device. If your progress was lost:

  • Ensure you haven't deleted and reinstalled the app
  • Check that you have enough storage space on your device
  • Purchased content can always be restored via "Restore Purchases" in the Shop

A purchase didn't go through

If a purchase appears to have failed:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the Shop
  3. Verify the charge in your Apple ID purchase history
  4. If charged but not received, contact Apple Support for a refund
